Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Vayska. We are excited to be a part of your outdoor adventure!

We strive to ship your order within 1 business day of order placement. Please be aware that, as a small company, if we experience heavy volume, there is a possibility that it takes us two days to process your orders. If an order will take significantly longer, we will contact you via email or phone.

Most orders are shipped by Priority Mail and arrive in 2-3 days, depending on your proximity to Bristol, VA. Small orders or orders under $20 likely will ship by First Class Mail and will arrive in 2-4 days, depending on your proximity to Bristol, VA.

Once your order is placed, we will provide all necessary components of shipping : Box, packaging, label, and drop off to an authorized carrier. 

The cost of shipment may be borne by either you, the customer, or Vayska Hydration, depending on sales and offers at the time of purchase. Costs may be dependent on your location and proximity to Vayska, in Bristol, VA.  Please contact us at brandon@vayska.com if you have any concerns or questions prior to placing your order. 

Orders outside of the United States may be cancelled at our discretion. Any costs associated with the customs and duties in the country in which you live are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for the delivery times or confiscation of an order due to another country's customs enforcement agency.
